Jaa , o bereham
yaad aaya na kar is tarah
apni baaton se adaaon se tarpaya na kar is tarah
khoobsurat chehra tera nazar se hat-ta nahi
aasaman me indradhanush chaya ho jaise
tujhse doorie sahi jati nahi mujhse ab
tarasta hu deedar ko, tabassum ko tere
koi pyaasa, pani ko tarapta ho jis tarah
izhaar kar pata nahi, sirf isi kashmakash me
ki baahein khulengi ki inkaar hoga tera ???
raushan karta ha har mehfil ko jo apne noor se
kya usne meri taraf bhi kuch ius tarah dekha hoga ???
raah me u mujhse muunh fer legi ??
ki chalte- chalte fir palatna hoga tera???
mere janaaze pe hasiin hogi teri ??
ki meri turpat pe aks hoga tera???
laakh koshish ki humne hasne ki bina tere
honth faile hi nahi
hawa chal rahi thi zoron se fir bhi
pedon ke patte hile hi nahi
ungliyan thi bansuri ke chidron pe
sur nikale hi nahi
tujhse judaai ke gam me
hum to raazi the gale lagane maut ko
saans chooti hi nahi !!!
bedaag hai pyaar mera tere liye
geeta, kuran-e-sharif ki tarah
azaan pe koi sir jhukata ho jis tarah
mandir me koi lau jalti ho jis tarah
bharosa hai mujhe aayegi tu khud, chalke ek din
pyaar me mere majboor ho ke
main yahin hu, yahin rukunga
dariya me koi lahar thehari ho jis tarah
koi raahi raste ko dhoondhta ho jis tarah
tujhse doorie sahi jati nahi mujhse ab
tarasta hu deedar ko, tabassum ko tere
koi pyaasa pani ko tarapta ho jis tarah
Its a poem about two girls, living together, out of which one died on another’s birthday. After some years what will be the feelings in that girl’s heart , I have tried to sum up in these lines. This is based on a real story so if you feel that I have succeeded to some extent then please do comment.
Aaj achanak aisa laga …
mano tum yahin ho aas-pass
shayad mere bistar ke samne wali kursi par
mere jagne ke intezaar me.
Aaj achanak ….
tumhari wahi khankhanati hasii
goonji, in bejaan ho chuke kaano me
aaj subah se hi , aisa lag raha tha mano
tum fir wahin ho – mere takiye ki bagal me.
Ab ghar , ghar nahi lagta
soona sa lagta hai tumhare bina
tum kyun gayi aise mujhe chod ke
tanha, akela , is begairat duniya me
Aaj achanak…
tumhe fir se gale lagane ka dil hua
magar tum na thi ,
us haseen lamhe ko fir se jeene ko .
Aaj achanak, aisa laga…
mano tum saath chal rahi ho
fir ek baar kadam se mila kar kadam
lekin achanak, na jane tum kahan kho gayi ???
aaj janmdin tha mera, fir bhi na jane dil me khushi kyun na thi
labon pe hasii thiiiii, aankhon me nami kyun thi ???
saara jag tha saath mere, fir bhi gazab si tanhayi kyun thi ???
aisa kyun hota hai -
ki beeta hua sukh hi zariya hota hai dukhon ke liye ???
aankhein to ab bhi roti hain bass……..
tumhara kandha nahi hota , sahare ke liye
bahut kuch paya hai maine
tumhare jane ke baad ae dost
ek dost na mil saka tumhare sareekha
fir jeena chahti hu wahi lamhe tumhare saath
magar kya karein -
tum wahan ho jannat me sukoon se,
hum yahan hai – tanha se , tumhari yaadon ke saath
Aaj achanak aisa laga ………….
As clouds keep concealed in their coffers
treasures of glorious lightening
So, in the darkest domain of my distress
Lurks a bright hope : ” YOU ARE MINE”
As the sea keeps hidden in its bossom
Pearls of undying beauty
In my innerself dazzles an edict:
” EVER YOU BELONG TO ME “
As the forest keeps secure in its thickness
sweet-smelling blossoms of spring
In my life’s thick wood forever
has blossomed your name, sweet and bright.
As the south wind, laden with moisture
soothes the body in summer eves
You soothe my psyche
passing gently the vale of my memory.
As the shower keeps hidden in its glowing drops
The magic power of sprouting
In every thought of your love is heard
Eternally the sweet strain of bards
As the river keeps hidden im its flow
entreaties for union with the sea
In my staggering journey, the refrain is heard
” ALL IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT THEE “
Types of ambigrams
i ) Rotational Ambigram :-
A design that presents several instances of words when rotated through a fixed angle. This is usually 180 °, but rotational ambigrams of other angless exist, for ex – 90° or 45°. The word spelled out from the alternative directions is often the same, but may be a different word to the initially presented form.
Its pictorial example is like this :-

ii ) Mirror Ambigrams :-
A design that can be read when reflected in mirror ususally as the same word or phrase or both ways. Ambigrams that form different words when viewed in the mirror are also known as glass door ambigrams, because they can be printed on a glass door to be read differently when entering or exiting.
Its pictorial example can be :-

iii ) Figure ground :-
A design in which the spaces between the letters of one word forms another word.
iv ) Chain ambigram :-
A design where a word(words) are interlinked, forming a repeating chain. Letters are usually overlapped meaning that a word will start partway through another word. Sometimes chain ambigrams are presented in form of circles.
v ) Fractal ambigram :-
A version of space filling ambigrams where the tiled word branches form itself and then shrinks in a self-similar manner, forming a fractal.
vi ) 3- Dimensional ambigrams :-
A design where an object is presented that wil appear to read several letters or words when viewed from different angles. Such designs can be generated by using constructive solid geometry.
vii ) Natural ambigram :-
A natural ambigram is a word that possesses one or more of the above symmetries when written in it’s natural state, requiring no typographical styling.
for ex : dollop, suns, NON
Ambigrams are also called inversions, are designs in which you can see different words or the same word in different ways depending upon how you look at them.
An ambigram is a graphical figure that spells out a word not only in it’s form as presented, but also in another direction or orientation. The text can also consist of a few word, and the text spelled out in other direction or orientation is often the same, but can also be a different text.
According to Douglas R. Hofstadter – ” Ambigram is a calligraphic design that manages to squeeze two different readings into the selfsame set of curves. Graphic artists use ambigrams because of their unique symmetry.
I read about Ambigrams in a novel -”Angels and demons” by Dan Brown. After my completion of that novel , I was very much influenced by this term – Ambigram and I started making mine. So one of them is below, when I’ll get others scanned i’ll put them too for you all.
Here is that one. My friends name- RAHUL(It’s a rotaional ambigram)

After rotating by 180 degrees
♥ Wednesday, October 16′ 2007. This date was our third mid term test of electronics, and as this was the last we all could prepare, so we thought to appear in the test even though we were on GT. Well, the test was from 11:30 to 12:30 and thus i headed towards the college at 11 ‘o clock. That day i didn’t got a lift and was thinking on ma way that it’s not a good omen. I don’t know why such a rubbish kinda thought came to ma mind but i was really thinking ’bout this omen and all. Well I reached the college and was a bit tired as i walked all the way to college. I entered and was thinking that i must be the first to reach college, but what i saw was real depressing, or embarrassing, or i dunno what it was but i didn’t felt good, might this be another bad omen !! There at electronics section more than half of ma batchmates were standing in a circle, encircling two renowned figures in our semester- Mr. Thakur and Miss Vijayalaxmi (Our electronics lecturer). Me too joined as another locii of that circle. I was trying to get into the conversation but couldn’t, as i was just confused of what I heard !! They all chotu , ashwini, and all were arguing with those two freaky features who were still covered by students and no space was left for anyone to pass from that corridor that- “It couldn’t be done mam’ , we were not informed about this, how can we prepare ourself in such a short duration for this.” I thought that the course of test must have been increased. But NO, I was wrong. When i asked moti1 of what was goin on, she replied that – Vijayalaxmi mam is saying that today will be internal viva, and test will be scheduled later on. I was stunned. I mean how could one be so determined to bully her students, I agree that we dont attend her classes but still she is a teacher, she gotta be modest, RIGHT NA ????
Well after a lot discussion and cursing ‘mam, as a cripples lamb we gotta get our files and sit before her and blow out whatever she wants us to say and if you dont then there will be no sessionals which mean a lot as our theory is not more than 65 %. So we left the college (Some intelligent students have brought their files, and thus they were free to stay there and study). Neeraj dropped me at a place near to my home and then paced himself to get at his home along with ratnesh. Well that day was real creepy one as mum has left for ma “bua’s ” place. I changed my shoes and then left for my bua’s place to get the scooty so that I can reach within time for my viva. Well I was well in time. Now was the time to complete the file. Suddenly someone said that there is no need to complete your file. I wanted to just kiss the person, but that person was a guy , so I rejected the idea. Then I started searching ma other groupmates and found chotu, dollu, satish and all. they were all busy with their QBs or with “sedha”. In the meantime the viva have been started. Me too have got sedha with me of a MIT guy and as the stakes were high (Sessional marks) so me too started studying and opened feedback amplifiers. After around 2 hours when i got something in ma mind, I went to see to which the number the vivas have over. But for more of my boredom, it was only 25th who was the last person entered the lab for viva and as i fall on 50 so i gotta get bore and make others bore too. When I was indulged in boring others and was calculating who will accompany me in there, I said – Moti1 is going with me so no tensions, and she took it otherwise (I dunno whether gals have such kind of brain problem or what, they dont know what to take otherwise and what not to). Well it was again a bad omen to me. Atlast at 5′o clock my named was called and to add to more bad omens “meri kitaab ka page fat gaya”, so it means that i was fully prepared for a kick on my butt there in lab. Well I entered and mam just rubbished all those bad omens. She said- just tell me what do you know and leave , i said sumthing about oscillators and we all left, moti1 also speeched about type of feedback connections. So after all we were free and mam told us to discuss and tell her when to take our mid term test, we said it will best be suited today(for mam’s sake), but she said no today she is not in a condition to take test. So we said then let it be 23rd and everyone agreed. Thus after gabru completed her portion of formality we left the college. Chotu , Ratnesh and Bhavna and all waited for dollu and gabru to come with their bags and bid them good bye. I as was a lot hungry, so couldnt resist myself from leaving before adieuing them.
So this was the day. Please comment on how you would have felt if it be you on my place.
