have a look

image015.jpg

The first one is – HURRAY – nagfa told me it could be made and i made it
The second one is – SHREYAS – nagfa said it could be a nautral ambigram but i think it cannot be a natural one

Third is – NAGFA * i think its clear
Fourth is - SUSHANT – my brother’s name , isn’t it good ???
Fifth is – JANHAVI – my schoolmate

After rotating the above image by 180 °
the image will look like :

I for the first time heard this thing in the novel – “The Rue of Four ” by Ian Caldwell and Dustin Thomason. In pocket dictionary it means (i dont know about its definition in Oxford Dictionay ), “secret writing”, but aactually it is a means of secret coding.
Well i think I must tell you something more about this Cornuta cipher. There are lots of ciphers and one of them which I use is Cornuta Cipher. In this cipher there are tweo kind of texts – the plain text and the ciphered/formatted text.
it goes like this :

a  b  c  d  e  f  g  h  i  j  k  l  m n o p q  r  s  t  u v  w  x  y z — the plain text
C O R N U T A B D E F G H I J K L M P Q S V W X Y Z — the ciphered text

the plain text is what we normally have and the ciphered text is the code which is kept hidden or is tried to kept secret.
Thats all for now

soon i’ll be posting one of my ciphered text also using the rule of four.

HI all, this is what i gave it to her on her birthday

Kabhi surya ki pehli kiran me
kabhi sehar ki ruphali roshni me
uska aks dikhai deta hai
kabhi kabhi – band aankhon se bhi
uski maujoodagi ka ehsaas hota hai

Wo sabse pehle uthakar
sabse baad me sone wali aankhon me
kabhi mamta ka gagar
kabhi krodh me lipt apar prem
aur kabhi meri safalta par
hansi ke bajaye
aankhon me namkeen pani dikhayi deta hai
kabhi kabhi – band aankhon se bhi
uski maujoodagi ka ehsaas hota hai

Kabhi meri chinta me uski bhauhon ki silvatein
kabhi meri galti pe uski aankhon ki tarer
aur kabhi meri nadaani par
uske dil ka sukoon dikhayi deta hai
kabhi kabhi – band aankhon se bhi
uski maujoodagi ka ehsaas hota hai

Wo mere result ke din mujhse jyaada
uske dil me dhak dhak hona
fir bhi chupchap baithkar mera hausala badhana
wo meri exams ke dino me
mere saath saath jagna aur
mujhe jagane ke liye mujhse aadha ghanta jaldi uthna
wo uska mere liye ghanto bhagwan se prarthana karna
aur tarakki pe matha choomna
tab uski aankhon me vatsalya dikhayi deta hai

Kabhi – mere masoom sawalon ke hazaar dafe jawaab dena

wo meri karah par uske dil me tees uthna
mere makam par pahunchne pe ,
uska bhagwan ko shukriya ada karna dikhayi deta hai
kabhi kabhi – band aankhon se bhi
uski maujoodagi ka ehsaas hota hai

Kabhi surya ki pehli kiran me
kabhi sehar ki ruphali roshni me
uska aks dikhayi deta hai
kabhi kabhi – band aankhon se bhi
uski maujoodagi ka ehsaas hota hai

I was just wondering what to do now and thought why not to share with you all – what I think about making ambigrams .
In my opinion : – making ambigrams is a sort of game, when you are not doing anything , just pick up your copy pen and surrender yourself to the world of words. A game which everyone can play, anyone of any age group . This is what it is called.

The alphabets, their structures, their images – it all can just let you forget all your pending work, all your tensions, all your worries and the words surround you in such a way that you can’t resist the flow, the magic it spreads around you.
I think ambigram of every word can be made, everything depends on your mind’s elasticity – how much can you stretch your mind and see an alphabet which you are writing in a particular manner from your lifetime , in different ways. This is it – all you had to do is expand your imagination and start playing with words now. Believe me – it’s great fun and when you start playing it you really will forget all the exciting games you have played till today.

Trust me and give it a shot !!!
If it works do comment here , the right place, the right post ..
Three cheers for life.

Hip Hip Hurray !
Hip Hip Hurray !!
Hip Hip Hurray !!!

For this poem i was inspired by Khushboo M di , one of ma school senior who also had writtena poem on this topic

We used to meet
We used to hug
We used to sip coffee
from single mug
We used to sit together
We used to fight
We used to stare for hours
nothing but horizon in sight
We were so cool
We were so boring
We were so high
We used to touch the sky
Now I question myself
How did it happened and WHY ??
Now when we see each other
we exchange smiles and just pass by
